Renovated 2021 independent apartment on the ground floor of the house with private entrance, secure parking. Ideally located 10 minutes from access to the 3allées (Meribel-Courchevel-Val Thorens...) and 15 minutes from Valmorel. Suitable for curists, thermal baths of La Léchère (5mn), Brides-les-bains (10mn). Gas station/supermarket 2 minutes away,shops 5 minutes' walk. Linens not provided (at extra cost) Flat renovated in 2021. Private door, private car park. Close to every big resorts (10mn from Meribel, 1h from Val Thorens).

This spacious and well-located studio will seduce you. Good quality sofa bed with a real bed once opened On the 1st floor of a quiet and central residence (close to the cathedral and 5-minute walk from Moutiers Salins train station). A beautiful ceiling height that gives character to the apartment. A balcony with a nice view Please note that cleaning is extra (25 euros to be paid on site in cash). The bed linen and towel kit costs 20 euros. 5 euros for the option of a made bed on arrival

Nice renovated studio with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. 28m² you will be comfortable to store the imposing equipment for skiing. The apartment is very well equipped with good quality new equipment: dyson vacuum cleaner, 43'' (108 cm) LG 4 K TV, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster , squeegee, fondue... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a dry radiator - towels. PLEASE NOTE that bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided.

You will be a few meters from the pedestrian street where you will find all the shops. A stone's throw from the market square in a small, very quiet alley, the location is ideal. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

My place is close to shops, the Léchère spa, hiking and biking trails, swimming pool. You'll love my place because of the location at the crossroads of the Tarentaise valleys, at the foot of Valmorel (20 minutes by car), shuttle nearby for Valmorel winter and summer season, and quiet. My place is perfect for couples (we can add a crib), solo and business travelers.
