We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

Cool temperature in the accommodation during hot weather. Direct access to Brison-St Innocent beach - 200 m walk and many activities nearby summer and winter. Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Available, a fully equipped kitchen area, a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods, and a kettle. Linens and towels are included. Ideal for a couple.
