Beautiful place, the atmosphere of a real house in the woods, peace and quiet perfect for relaxing. There's everything you need, a super-equipped kitchen, a wonderful fireplace, plenty of sun lounging spots, bikes, a barbecue, a outdoor game area.. a super neighborhood for hiking, biking, and car sightseeing. Barbara is a great host, we will be happy to use it in the future;)

We had a very nice time in the Old Courts and in the apartment. It has a great location very close to the city, clean beach and local harbor, where there is also a good restaurant. A quiet place, close to forest paths and Santa Claus. The apartment was clean, had everything you needed. We recommend staying here.

The eight of us had a marvellous time at Agnieszka's fantastic house on the lake at Stare Stady. She could not have been a better host. So patient when we arrived several hours late, and accommodating when we had to check out early in the morning. The house and garden are incredibly well-equipped and have many different places to relax. There is a Rolls-Royce barbecue area, and wood all seasoned and graded for the fire pit. We used the jetty and boats a lot, swam several times a day, and just had a great time there. There is a restaurant and bar next door that we twice went to which was cheap and welcoming and where they have a beach volleyball pitch you can use. All the beds are comfortable and the TV and audio is easy to use. Plenty of toys and games for all the family - including all our adult children. An idyllic place for a holiday!

The apartment is located directly on the lake, as shown in the picture. Downstairs is a jetty from which you can also swim. The landlady provides a canoe, a stand up paddle board and three bicycles. The living area with kitchen, dining area, living room and conservatory is large. The kitchen is unusually well furnished with high quality items. Everything is fine. The contact with the landlady was very good. The reception by her was very friendly, including Prosecco and fruit bowl.

The place was as described. It was particularly relaxing for me that the area was fenced and my dog also got his money's worth. Communication was quick and friendly. We were even able to use the chancels to photograph any wildlife.

A great place to spend your vacation with your family. A hospitable, communicative, and very helpful host. The large space provides privacy and freedom for everyone. Outside you can sit and relax, kids love the trampoline.

amazing place We arrived as a couple plus a baby and a five-year-old girl. The house is equipped and lacks nothing. The garden has a variety of activities for children such as a pool, trampoline, sandbox, playhouse, barbecue corner and a huge area for playing. From the back you can go directly to one of the lake channels which is wonderful The public beach of the lake, including the promenade to the lake, is a five-minute walk away. A ten minute walk from the old town and the park. Everything is close, including the rope park and other attractions. We stayed for a whole week and had an extraordinary experience

A place worth recommending. To get to the cottage, you have to drive through the hosts' garden, but we got a remote control to the entrance gate, so there was no problem 🙂 The place where the property is also separated by a gate, which is usually waiting for a wonderful dog. On the other hand, behind the fence you can see the rolling fields and the horses grazing on them (they can also be petted😄). There is a gazebo with a grill or fire pit + covered porch by the cottage with a hammock, table and benches. The cottage itself is quite small, but it has everything you need. A great place for a starting point for people with a car (there are no beach and other attractions in the immediate area), and in the evening for a bonfire and badminton or volleyball 😊 Hosts are very kind and helpful. We even got tomatoes straight from the backyard to test 😊
