It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Mountain Cottage Borovnica is located in Lič, only 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and 50 km from Rijeka. The house offers 2 cozy double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a folding sofa for 2 people in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with crockery and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood stove as well as with hot tub and infrared cabin. Forests and nearby lakes allow for an active vacation as well as the absolute tranquility.

Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.
