The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
