The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

It is 50 square meters and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room with shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer and a mini safe are also available. From the bay window living room with a wooden ceiling from 1568, you can look directly at the pedestrian zone. The steps of Sechergasse next to the house lead directly to our famous Melk Abbey.

The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
