Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, 1 kitchen and a large balcony facing south. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso coffee machine. WLAN and a SMART-TV with NETFLIX is available. There is a pool, a sauna and you can also use the tennis courts.

Der Bahnhof, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Schwimmbad und Sauna sind fussläufig in nur fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Der Rhein-Main-Airport ist etwa 4 Km entfernt und lässt sich mit dem Auto oder Bahn in fünf Minuten erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn.

With one step you are in the middle of the old town of Seligenstadt, a southern Hessian pearl not yet known to everyone. On two floors we offer space for up to six people, a large living / dining area, terrace and balcony and storage for your bicycles.

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
