Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Romantic spring on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded natural setting, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has two balconies to a quiet courtyard and a terrace overlooking the city. Large glazing floods the apartment with plenty of light.

The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive walk in the woods or one of the numerous hiking routes in the nearby area. Calm and traditional farm house flat near highway

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.

2 BDR Suite in Guard Tower built 1505-in centre

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
