Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. Year-round inhabited cottage It is on the edge of the forest, just a short walk from Lake Lipno. Mountain view, lake, meadows. The lake is about 10 minutes walk from the cottage. Perfect for a quiet vacation. There are only two other cottages nearby and our house with apartments. You can use the playground, fire pit, outdoor seating, barbecue on the terrace. The cottage is fully equipped, bedroom with two double beds, fireplace, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, seating on the terrace.

The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.

Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
