In the garden, you will find a fire pit, a large swing, a slide and a sandbox – perfect for families and friends. In this peaceful, natural setting, everyone can truly unwind.

At the Bavarian Forest National Park

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Charming vacation home on the edge of the forest

The house in Karlstift is at the end of a dead end road, right on the edge of the forest. On the upper floor you enter the spacious living room, equipped with a traditional tiled stove, a bedroom with a large double bed, as well as the kitchen and a bathroom plus toilet. If you go down one floor, you will come across two more bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom also with a toilet. The Karlstift house also has a garage space and a nice terrace with adjoining garden.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Hexenhaus befindet sich im Herzen des Wald4/teils. Du kannst gleich in den Rundwanderweg zum Lohnbachfall einsteigen. Mountainbike Strecken gibt es rundum genug. In der Nähe gibt es ein Waldbad und Naturbadeteiche. Ab 17:00 kann man im nahe gelegenen Kurhaus das Wellnessangebot nutzen. Im Winter ist es nicht weit zum Schifahren oder zu den Langlaufloipen.
