This place was adorable! My friends and I couldn't stay very long but really loved our limited there. I loved the remoteness of this house.

This place is completely secluded from civilization. One hour from town, along an unpaved road. The scenery is stunning and beautiful. This house is at the end of a fjord, in a village of less than 10 people. No stores, restaurants, or traffic!!!! Peaceful and a place in this world to be one with nature. The house is amazing! Beautiful view of the fjord!! Waterfalls in abundance on the drive down and up.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Short walk to local shop. Comfortable beds and the building oozes character. This was a perfect place to stay for our large group doing a roadtrip of Iceland.

We hebben het verblijf als bijzonder prettig ervaren. Het huis is oud maar straalt veel warmte en rust uit. De sfeer in het huis was fijn vanwege alle kunst en de schattige inrichting. Het ligt ook nog eens op een schitterende locatie tussen de bergen, aan het water en naast een prachtige waterval. Wij bevelen dit verblijf zeker aan!

Good home base to visit all of the east coast attractions. Fully equipped!

It’s a beautiful little place by the sea. And it’s like stepping into a time machine back to 1970s or 80s. Really nice.

very comfortable, spacious bathroom, perfect space for a cozy night! we also caught the northern lights which were fun to watch through the window on the top floor.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet farm surrounding! Agnes and Katla the pup greeted us upon arrival! The apartment is perfect for a stopover with all the amenities you need. Highly recommended!

Pretty nice stay for 5 people. We had a great time with the TV and the nice sofa bed.

Erna’s amazing. Really awesome to talk to and friendly, with great ideas and recommendations. She runs the store beneath the rental, so she’s easy to find. The place itself is really adorable. Lots of light and convenient to all the town has to offer.

Perfect spot for a night on the east side of the island - right in the city but only 5 minutes from complete darkness to see the northern lights!! Clean, well kept, and cute place!

I loved the tiny town this AirBnB is in. It is so quiet and beautiful and has a nice small town vibe. The apartment is lovely and very well cared for. I loved that the bedroom got dark at night because not all the ones we’ve stayed in have.

Wonderful space with everything we needed. Lovely views and a bonus for us of visible northern lights the night we were there.
