Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mulberry River

Cute and Cozy as described! Felt very homey. The beds were huge and really comfy! I would stay here again.

Great house!

This Airbnb was great. The house was clean and very spacious. King bedroom was a comfortable king bed with a large en-suite (shower only) and 3 other bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one with a twin over twin bunk bed). This home has another full bathroom with tub/shower and a 1/2 bath. The laundry room had detergent to wash a load of laundry if needed, an ironing board and iron. Living room had a large sectional sofa and 2 extra chairs as well as two ottomans for extra seating. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. Kitchen island has 3 bar stools and the table seats 4 people. The balcony is small and does not have stairs going into the backyard but it wasn’t a bother to us since we didn’t plan on using it. We would definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend it. Great job to the owners.

We had a great stay at Riverbend! We were getting married while staying there and the hosts were kind enough to leave us a gift and a congratulatory card! So very thoughtful. The space was clean and tidy, and there were clear instructions left for check out. Would 10/10 recommend!

What a cute studio apartment! Everything was super clean, and looked like the pics! Even enjoyed the electric fireplace. Host was super sweet and accommodating!

Katie has a beautiful apartment connected to her home, but with a private porch and entrance. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and thoughtful. She has lots of info of things to do in the surrounding area and she knows the area well when we spoke. I felt very comfortable and in a private space to just relax. I will definitely stay here again—just love the Ozarks and the beauty. The town itself is small and cute—and the surrounding area is stunning. It’s a great place to base out of and day trip in every direction for adventures!!

Great location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and other activities. Place was clean and very hospitable! Bed was soooo comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway stay. Beautiful location, very homey and comfortable. Loved playing fetch with the dogs and morning coffee listening to the river. Would stay again when we are in the area.

The apartment was perfect and very cozy! We lost an earbud in the apartment and did not realize it was missing until after checkout. The team was amazing in finding it and getting back to us. The apartment is in a great location in Fort Smith and I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean throughout the condo. Amenities (shower gel, shampoo/conditioner large, not like those small ones they give you in hotels). Also dish soap was provided. Towels were abundant and good quality. Hair dryer provided. Loved the fact here were 2 bedrooms each with their own full sized bathrooms. Also, the half bathroom on main floor was great. All In all, a great place. But as they stated, if you can't handle stairs, it probably isn't right for you. We are all in our 70's and it wasn't an issue for us. I would 't hesitate to recommend . Great host perfect spot. Everything was within walking distance. Fayetteville is a wonderful place to stay and Dickson never disappoints.

Such a cute and comfortable place! Fantastic location right on Dickson. They allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful. Parking instructions weren’t displayed in the listing, but when I messaged Mayra she was quick to respond and provide clear instructions. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again for future trips!

Such an amazing stay! The townhouse was clean, spacious and felt just like home. The host was accommodating and extremely friendly. I will be making this place my #1 stay when I come back to the Fayetteville area.

We had a great weekend at Allison's place! Very convenient location, close to Campus and great for walking to Dickson street and local restaurants. Easy to find and easy to park. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to U of A and Dickson street.
