Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

The apartment has a large living & dining room, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom & a bedroom. Sit outside on the terrace or stroll through the yard to enjoy the sun. The couch in the living room is extendible, providing additional accommodation for two, and there's room for your bike or car. Of course, there ist free Wifi available & free bikes for you to use.

An idyllic & quiet courtyard of almost 3000 square metres awaits you with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee nature park, you will find cycle paths, extensive lakes, forests & a lot of peace and quiet. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not allowed to stay.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.
