Waterfront holiday rentals in Mumbles

We stayed at the Penthouse from the 15th-18th April and had a wonderful stay. The views from the lounge and main bedroom are stunning in both rain and sun. We are familiar with the area and found the apartment to be a perfect base with everything that we needed. The added touch of toiletries and condiments was a lovely bonus as we don't always find these in Air bnb's!. Mary's communication was fantastic and we had no need to make contact during our stay. What a fantastic place! The view over the sea and surrounding area is absolutely stunning — we were lucky with sunshine the whole time, and the morning light streaming into the apartment made it feel so bright and cheerful. We loved the walks nearby, whether it was a gentle stroll around the bay or a hike over the hill into town. Plus, there were loads of dog-friendly restaurants within walking distance, which made eating out really easy. The apartment had everything we needed and felt so homely and comfortable — I especially loved the mugs, such a nice little touch! Having grass out the back was perfect for our dog too. The host was super helpful and shared lots of great local tips that really made our stay special. Would love to come back — highly recommend!

Lovely spot in Mumbles with a beautiful view out to the sea. Close to shops and restaurants with easy parking across the street. Stayed for the weekend for the triathlon which was ideal. Place is exactly as pictured.

Phoebe and James’ flat is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The views from the flat are absolutely stunning — I couldn’t recommend it more highly! As we were packing up to leave, my son asked if we could stay in the flat forever — I think it’s fair to say he was a big fan! Phoebe and James were always super responsive and provided an incredibly helpful guide that really helped us make the most of our stay. Seriously, if you get the chance to book this place — just do it!

We had a lovely time in Llanelli. If you want to have a quick get way from the hustle and bustle, this is the right place for you to visit. 1st, Michelle’s place is perfect. Aesthetically clean and comforting. Close to everything; restaurants, costal path, beach, children’s park. We enjoyed walking a lot. The peace and quiet I cannot get enough of. I love the little terrace facing the beach, my husband and I having coffee in there and just having a quiet time listening to beach waves, birds, nature. Michelle has given us very clear and direct instructions that we did not have any problem finding the flat. We love Cattle & Co and the coffee from St Elli’s Bay. We will definitely come back. 🫶

This apartment is a real home from home and has everything anyone will need for a great stay. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of linen/towels etc. Great location with a lovely view from the lounge and it is just a 2 minute walk along the beach path to St Elli Bay, local cafe/bistro. I loved it so much I am going back again for a long weekend next month! Simon and Helen respond quickly to messages and are very helpful. I can definitely recommend this apartment :)

The house is exactly as listed. It is great to have private parking. The bed is super king size and very comfortable. We loved being so close to the beach and coastal path and a 2 minute walk from a very friendly pub and cafes. There is an excellent local shop in Scurlage, a 10 min drive away, where there is everything you could need.

A lovely home from home, the apartment is furnished well, with everything you could need at hand in the kitchen. Helen and Jonathan were extremely helpful and responsive, wonderful hosts. A very cozy, warm apartment and kept very clean. Ideal location for early morning walk along the beach front or lazy stroll as the sunsets, nice views and plenty of fresh air. Parking for 1 car allocated and right on the door step also handy. If we visit the area again we would look to stay here again.

Suzanne and Mark were very friendly, gave us a small booklet containing all the local go to's. Being greeted by their 2 dogs at the gates was always a warm welcoming. The welcome package was a very thoughtful touch. Would highly recommend.

Johnathan was a very responsive host. The property was ideal for our larger family. The property is situated a stones throw away from the most beautiful beach. The rooms are clean, light and airy. All bathrooms were equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Johnathon even gave us a late check out on the Sunday morning because of the weather which was very much appreciated

Had the most amazing stay here for my boyfriend’s birthday! The cabin was gorgeous and the views were absolutely stunning. It was so peaceful here we had a really relaxing time! Spending it in the hot tub and chilling outside in the sun! We were given lots of recommendations for places to visit and walks we could go on. John and Kerry were very helpful with clear instructions. Thank you so much we had the best time. Definitely recommending to friends and family

We had a great time staying here. The house was right next the beach so perfect access. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The house had everything we needed inside including lots of books for all ages. It was great to have a piano to play on as well! Check-in was easy and so was parking. Beds were comfy and linen was clean and fresh. Felt like a home from home.

A great short stay, in a clean, tidy and well maintained property. Close to the sea, bars, restaurants and the city centre. Richard is a very helpful host who was always in communication, when needed.

We had a short but lovely stay at Anwen's place. Lovely view from the balcony. All the facilities you need. Would recommend.

Janine was an amazing host! Everything was quick and easy, and she is very responsive. The place is amazing! Very clean, has everything you need, right on the beach and has amazing views. Janine went above and beyond, and even helped us out with a lift! Would definitely book again and can’t recommend enough. Thanks Janine!

The Cottage was stunning and in a fantastic location. Mostly everything you needed was there even bath towels. The rooms were lovely and well presented. The place was welcoming and clean and the view over the river/estury was amazing. Such a peaceful location ideal for families right next to the town, walks, pubs, restaurants, shop, castle and the Dylan Thomas boathouse. Parking is limited around so the 6 car driveway was useful. Communication was excelkent too. We would really recommend.

What a fabulous 5 days we had at this Airbnb. Fantastic setting, parked the car and left it there safe in the underground car park and walked, Uberd and bussed the rest of the time. Everything you could possibly want is in the apartment, appreciated the welcome pack, lovely comfy beds, fantastic rainfall shower in the en suite, private garden to relax in and Gus the Westie loved looking out of the window. Great places to visit and eat at, absolutely loved Mumbles. Highly recommended. Try Cwtchina for the most fabulous authentic food and warm welcome. Thanks to Jan and Wayne. Thank you Rayner for a marvelous stay at your place. We are frequent visitors to Rest Bay, it is a lovely beach and quiet enough for our tastes and only a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The apartment was easy to find and and the check-in was easy too. All was just as described, very clean and tidy without clutter. It was very comfortable... particularly the beds. A nice touch was that there was tea and coffee as well as milk sachets, which I'm sure would be a godsend for some people who may have traveled far. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the good-sized balcony. It was good value for money and I would recommended it highly. We would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment and location with fabulous views. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Well appointed kitchen too and the balcony was a nice addition too. The car parking space was thankfully a large one.
