Peace, space, inspiration! Perfectly located for creative work and relaxation. Not far from Berlin (1 hour), in the middle of the nature reserve, lies the historic royal Oberförsterei almost in a single location. Surrounded by lakes and canals in untouched nature, which has its own charm in all seasons. The separate, very private, charming coach house of the property can accommodate 4 people. Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The small apartment has about 30 m², a shower + toilet as well as a living/sleeping room with an integrated kitchen area and is particularly suitable for couples and business travelers. If you are looking for accommodation for activities in the capital Berlin or in a beautiful, scenic environment, you are very well accommodated here. The tram to Berlin is about 7 minutes' walk away, from there by S-Bahn to the city again about 45 minutes, by car you are in 30 minutes in the city center.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. Take a deep breath and pause!

Take a deep breath and pause! Schlagenthin is a small village with lots of nature. There are many lakes in the area that can be explored by bike or on foot. Should it go to the capital, no problem, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. For small children, Willes world is just the thing. A large playground and many animals can be seen there.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow is not far away, there are cafes , restaurants and an ice cream shop with their own production.
