The apartment with terrace, located on the 8th floor of a historic building, equipped with an elevator, has just been renovated and finely furnished. Consisting of a living area with a sofa, smart TV with various Netflix and Amazon Prime services, and a nice coffee table. -The small kitchenette is fully equipped with every useful utensil, microwave, fridge freezer and kettle. Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.
