We loved Roberto’s flat! It was perfectly comfortable, and Lido di Ostia was quiet and perfect to explore. The flat is only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, so public transportation to Rome is perfectly accessible and easy, though it is important to keep in mind it will take about an hour to get to the city center. Worth it to get solace in such a peaceful little town, though!

Caroline's place was lovely! Even larger than we expected! The house is supplied with all sorts of amenities. Thank you for the coffee and fruit! We loved our stay there and would love to return some day!

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

if you are looking to book a stay near rome airport, then book this property without second thought. it's only 10 mins away from airport 2-3 mins you will get grocery stores, beach is just walking steps away and dedicated parking spot.

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and it was a really wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, subway, shops, and restaurants, making every trip simple and enjoyable. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person, always ready to give us great advice that allowed us to make the most of our vacation. We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

It was a great place to stay- perfect for us. 50m to the beach, right across the street from a delicatessen and lots of nice restaurants in the surrounding area. The roof terrace is great and we enjoyed it very much. By train you can be in Rome for €1.50 in about 40 minutes, it can't be better. Salvatore is a great host, with lots of good tips and always helpful. We felt extremely comfortable with him, and would be happy to come back.

Great stay overall. Claudio picked us up from the airport and back for a reasonable price. No problems at all. Great guy and friendly. Would have no problem coming back here again!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Federica was an amazing host! She went above and beyond by allowing us to check in at 10 AM, which was incredibly generous and made our travel day so much easier. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for our needs and just minutes from the airport. Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

We were super satisfied with everything and felt right at home in Manuel's apartment. It is a large, bright apartment with 2 balconies, equipped with everything you need. Within walking distance you are directly at the sea. Thank you so much for the always friendly communication Manuel. Highly recommended.

Don't even hesitate to book this space! The apartment is in the perfect location for your visit to Italy. Easy public transportation to get deeper into Rome within walking distance of a beach and the absolutely stunning Ostia Antica. Me and my two friends were extremely comfortable each able to have her own separate bedrooms which are private and very relaxing. We felt right at home! It was extremely convenient to have two bathrooms too! The view from the terrace was wonderful, and a great spot to start your morning with coffee and breakfast. It felt very private and quiet. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance of this apartment. Great food, great coffee, and some really fun stories to go shopping in for fashion. Most importantly, Fabio was so attentive to our needs and even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed on this trip. Offering guidance and tips to make our visit even better. I've already said this, but look no further and book it!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Our stay was short but absolutely wonderful. We cannot recommend Stefano and his air bnb any higher. Everything was PERFECT and he went above and beyond for us…… including organising two separate taxis for us when we got duped by a scamming company. His place is pristine yet welcoming. Great location! Beautiful home to stay in. Lots of restaurants in the area and local market to grab necessities. Outdoor area is amazing to catch the sunset! Heat/AC work well. I will be back as I am a frequent flyer out of Fiumicino, so close 7.9km away! Parking was great also for our rental car!

Fabio is an amazing and helful host. The location is perfect if you want peace and chill-out time but the centre of Rome an easy 40 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, stylish and well appointed. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the lovely, large terrace. Everything you need is within a 15 minute stroll. This is great for a relaxed holiday with a chilled out vibe but with lots of options if you are feelung energetic.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
