Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor store). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp commercial center.

The large plot has both open grass areas and forest nature. Private swimming area with private floating jetty gives direct access to the water. There are hiking trails, proximity to golf courses and the west coast – perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation and excursions. Hilly lot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with limited mobility. Bedroom 5 is its own guest house.

Approximately 25 km to Lysekil, Kungshamn, Smögen and many other nice coastal communities with cozy restaurants. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. They are available to rent for 120 SEK/set Smoking, pets and youth parties are not allowed.
