The house is located in the vicinity of, among other things, the pearls Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad and Lysekil where Havets hus is located. Really cozy place all year round. Located in the granite kingdom with many fine mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the immediate area there are many salt baths, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 m from the house

Beautiful view with approx. 30 meters to your own bathing area from the mountain. The cabin is well equipped with 3 good double beds, (bed linen to be brought). Possibility to rent a canoe and a small motorboat. Good fishing opportunities, especially for Gjørs. Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course. 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor stores). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp shopping center.

Beautifully located by a sparkling lake on a headland with water in three directions, this spacious house offers a unique combination of nature and convenience. The large plot has both open grass areas and forest nature. Private swimming area with its own floating jetty provides direct access to the water. There are hiking trails, proximity to golf courses and the west coast – perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation and excursions. Hilly plot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bedroom 5 is a separate guest house.

Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
