Dream house with a courtyard in the middle of Butzbach

On my parents' property, next to our house, there is a lovely two-room flat with a separate entrance. Our guests can feel at home in the space, which measures approximately 50 square metres. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room and a bedroom, each with a comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2 m). In the living room, a sofa bed provides enough space for two more people. There is also a courtyard with plenty of seating for shared use.

Small old guesthouse from the Licher Castle from the 15th century. century is inviting for relaxation. There are 85 square meters available on three floors. In recent years, the house has been extensively renovated, with individual beams being staged as a visible framework. This results in a beautiful combination of modern and medieval. Within walking distance are sights such as the brewery, the castle with its park, the Marienstiftskirche, as well as all shopping.

Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
