Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fibre WiFi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. Shops and train station nearby. In Murat itself, a nice little town of character. Favourably located near the Cantal mountains (Le plomb, Puy Mary, GR start) only 10 minutes from the ski resort of Lioran, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Skiing,biking,hiking.

Simplify your life in this peaceful home The accommodation includes a separate entrance to a house that gives you access to a bedroom, a bathroom and a sports area. Duplex in historic center

Duplex on the 1st floor of a 17th century house located close to the church. Accommodation with lots of charm (old parquet floor, bedroom under the roofs with exposed beams). Quiet is guaranteed because it is in an alley with no possibility of car passage but parking is located less than 20 m away. However, it should be noted that the church is next door and it rings every hour from 7am to 10pm internet access via fiber optics.
