On site you can enjoy a balcony as well as a 24 m2 terrace with a superb view equipped with a pergola for summer and outdoor meals. Aurillac has 25 km weekend or other rentals, except July and August weekdays.

Refurbished 50m2 house with its fenced garden in the middle of Neuvic ideal for 4 people. A fully furnished kitchen, a spacious shower, a king size bed for a good sleep and a sofa bed, possibility to park in front of the house on the street. Close to all shops, 10 min walk to Lac de la triouzoune and its golf course, 15 min drive to the Gorges de la Dordogne and many other magnificent sites to discover.
