Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Favorablement situé près des monts du Cantal (Le plomb,Puy Mary,départ GR) à 10 mn en voiture de la station de ski du Lioran,desservi par navettes, bus, trains. Pour les amoureux de la nature. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
