Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Outside, you will have access to a private plot of 3200 m², including 400 m² that is fenced, as well as a 9 m² terrace on stilts. Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Delta Cottage of 60m² with terrace and Private Spa

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.
