Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The highest house in Usson, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 2 bedrooms and a living room each with access to the outside, 3 terraces on 3 levels and 3 orientations (east, south and west, for the sunset!), 2 with a 180° view of Auvergne and its volcanoes. Large duplex apartment WITHOUT ANY SHARED SPACES (which was not the case before). Air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, with hammam shower (steam bath), Emperor bed (2x2 m) in a renovated old hotel, private TV lounge, in the center of the desertified village of Rochefort-Montagne. Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful building facing Parc Fenestre, this studio is ideally located: next to the Grands Thermes and all amenities (shops, restaurants, casino...). It will facilitate your stay in La Bourboule, either for a cure or for a vacation in the great outdoors. Towels, linens and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Ideally located in the heart of Sancy, with a unique view of both the Château de Murol and Sancy, this chalet will offer you a privileged moment of relaxation.
