Apartment on the gorgeous Villa Amalia complex with several swimming pools (including a heated pool), gardens and a gym with West facing balcony and roof terrace (sun throughout the day) is situated. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. There is central Air conditioning and heating. Thanks to the water softener, there is soft water. The apartment has fast WiFi.

Bienvenido/a a mi casa. Espero poderos tener pronto hospedados. Esta casa no es una casa al uso de Airbnb. Es un hogar. La casa tiene una decoración muy personal. Todas las piezas de decoración son recuerdos de mis viajes por el mundo, sobre todo de dos lugares que han significado mucho para mi. Africa y Mexico. La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.

2 bedroom house (1 160cm bed and 1 140cm bed), full bathroom, kitchen-living room-dining room and terrace with ocean views. Swimming pool, barbecue with outdoor dining area and garden, all completely PRIVATE 🧡(not shared with ANYONE😊). Ideal area to rest, enjoy nature and activities in the area (hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, mountain bike, road and electric bike rental, climbing, canoeing…). Modern villa with private swimming pool near beach

This detached villa is located on a quiet street in San Pedro del Pinatar. About 1 kilometer away is the large shopping center Dos Mares where you can shop to your heart's content. Also within walking distance of the beach on the Mar Menor (800 meters) and many cozy restaurants and bars. The garden with terrace and private pool is located at the back of the villa. You are well sheltered here and have the sun on the terrace all afternoon until the evening.
