Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

Within our family home, you can stay in this lovely, self-contained 25 m² studio on the first floor, which offers a beautiful view of Mount Semnoz. Access to the accommodation is self-contained via an outdoor staircase, you have a free parking space nearby. The accommodation consists of a large room with a dining / kitchen area (with fridge and microwave), a sleeping area with a bed 160 x 200 cm (and a heater available for a child), as well as a shower room.

In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.
