Elegant studio apartment on the 2nd level of the Old Firehouse at the Boothbay Center. This vintage space is full of character and history. It served as the meeting space for the local volunteer firemen from 1905-1995. Ample parking available behind the building. This 2nd level apartment is accessed through a covered staircase. Enjoy access to everything from this central location - quick jot into Boothbay Harbor or East Boothbay. Only a 3 minute drive to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.

This brand new loft above our barn is cozy with all you need for a perfect vacation. You can relax with your morning coffee above the trees. It has an indoor toilet, sink and breakfast bar and outdoor shower. We’re a semi-retired couple and love to share our 62 acres property with stream and meadow.
