Villa Alfonso is a luxurious property located on the hill overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari, with a breathtaking view that will accompany your vacation. The villa is surrounded by greenery and a short walk from the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia, where you can enjoy its swimming pool and have a romantic dinner under the stars. The villa has 4 bedrooms in the main body and two annexes, one located in front of the pool and one near the terrace overlooking the sea.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.
