This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Our place is perfect for small families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the area - Lake Michigan, beaches and hiking. *****We do not allow fragrances of any kind. The hvac system is connected to the upper unit so we do not allow sprays, body spray, candles, perfume etc…****** thank you for your consideration!

Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

Hoffmaster $30 Holland State Park $45 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. Bus has no run UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.

This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!
