The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

A large, well-equipped terrace allows 8 people to enjoy the outdoors. The garden is not fenced, but bordered by claustras or low walls. It is located 500 meters from the center of Muzillac, close to shops and communal infrastructure. And right next to Pen Mur Pond and its historic Mill. Non-Smoking Accommodation. Parties forbidden.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

House located 6 km from the port of Vannes and 7 km from the sea, in a quiet and green hamlet, this small house offers 2 bedrooms with bathroom, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. Toilet on the ground floor and upstairs, an equipped kitchen, a living room as well as an outdoor area for meals around a barbecue.
