Nice place, nice view, a short walk from Arkadia, a closeby store and a closeby nice restaurant to eat breakfast at... I truely loved it !

Since the start of the war, I’ve been booking rooms with Sofia and Vadim. I’m a tour guide in Alaska, we are both in the tourism business. I have not actually been to Ukraine, but I plan to when the situation is better. I have quite a few nights credit at this point. Probably a couple of months, and I would encourage anyone else to support these good people. Slava Ukraini!

It's a very nice and cozy flat in the heart of Odesa. Maksym is a very responsive host, he was always very helpful. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The place has one of the best views in Odesa. It’s very clean, it’s very pretty, and it has everything you need for a vacation. It started as one night and turned into almost a week. Very hard to leave the view from the window and balcony.

Definitely I can recommend this place! Eldar is very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful stylish apartment in a very good location. You will have Arcadia beach right in front of you - with all bars, restaurants and beach clubs. Apartment by itself is very clean and looks even better than on photos. All appliances, dishes and cutlery were to a high standard. There is a shopping mall with a grocery store 200 m from the apartment, which was amazing. The apartment is also pet friendly, we were traveling with our cat - which was no issue for Eldar. And for sure I’m looking forward come back to Odessa and stay in this apartment.

Great apartment! Corresponds to its description by 10/10! I was very pleased with the kitchen, a large set of dishes, sharp knives ( which is very rare!!)), there is tea and sugar, which is also very thoughtful and pleasant! Beautiful, clean bathroom and comfortable bed with sofa! The settlement is fast and very easy, pleasant doormen downstairs. We are very satisfied with the choice of the apartment, we will definitely choose it again when we are in Odessa. Thank you Natalia for your prompt responses and reservation!

The place was amazing and spacious and in a historical location in Odesa - great mant restaurants in surroundings with different kitchens to choose from. The place is in walkable distance from seashore. I really loved the fact that the apartment is in fact in old classical Odesa style backyard, so I had a full immersion in culture. The host was supernice and even let me check in before hand. The hallway had an super adorable cat too!

Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Very refreshed with the stay. Everything matches the description and photo. The house is a real cottage by the sea. The setting is simple but pleasant. Everything you need for your stay, cooking, is available. Good for staying in the warmer months. The main thing is the beautiful location right by the sea, with the opportunity to leave the yard right to the beach and, after swimming, return. The beach is small, but there are not many people there, so there is enough space for everyone. Hosts are very nice, always happy to be in contact. The entrance to the host part of the house is on the side, periodically they are there, but this does not interfere with privacy.

We didn't actually stay because of the Aggressive Russians and their War on Ukraine. We hope we will be able to visit someday. Communication with Karolina during this time has been wonderful.

Very cosy and comfortable house and courtyard, attentive attitude of Igor and Maya.  When we went down with the stomach flu in the first few days, Maya gave medicine, later took my wife and son to the pharmacy, shop, and beach. Special thanks to little Masha for playing with our son Yasha.  Very quiet and nice neighborhood with a 25-minute leisurely step to the beach with a five-year-old child.  Within a ten-minute walk is a supermarket, next to it, on the street, you can buy vegetables and fruits.  Without any doubt and reservations, I recommend this place.  Igor, Maya, Masha, thank you very much for your hospitality, we hope to meet again.

Great flat in a nice area! Wonderful value for money. Very close to the beach. The view from the balcony is just a look, I was very pleased with a small table there at which it is pleasant to have breakfast and enjoy the landscape! The hostess is friendly, and responds quickly. It's nice to deal with! Of the disadvantages, only Wi-Fi, which in some places in the apartment does not catch well, but it's a sin to complain. We would love to come again.

I enjoyed my time in this apparent. I love the cleanness, WiFi, amenities in general and Maksym was friendly. I will come back for sure. It is super close to Arcadia restaurants and bars. I really recommend this apartment.

Lived in for 2 weeks. Convenient location, everything is as described. If there were any questions, Alexey immediately resolved them. There was an early check-in option. We are satisfied with our stay, we can recommend it.
