A cosy, open-plan cabin for two on the Waternish peninsula, overlooking the sea with outstanding views across Loch Snizhort to the ferry port of Uig, and south to Raasay and the mainland. The Cabin is on a small croft/farm and lies within its own garden. The Cabin has a maritime theme, free wifi, plenty of books & maps and a well provided kitchen. The Waternish peninsula offers abundant wildlife, and in the hamlet of Stein, next to the sea, a lovely old pub and a Michelin starred restaurant .

Inspired by traditional Celtic roundhouses these cosy wooden huts are situated in the beautiful remote crofting township of Locheynort in the Isle of South Uist. The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property.
