Apartment was neat. Bathroom a little outdated. Host was always available which gave a very good feeling. Too bad the bedroom had 2 separate beds. The most important thing was that everything was neat and the host always available . Due to the period, a minus price was foreseen which was well taken into account. On the other hand, I stay very regularly in the surrounding streets and for the normal price I do have to determine that it is at a high price in terms of space of the apartment. I was happy in any case and for the same price I would highly recommend it. Thanks again to the host for the help with check-in and patience.

Leila was an amazing host! She allowed me to check in early and she drove me to the Ooredoo mobile phone office to recharge my mobile phone. She was always super friendly and very helpful all the time. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The beach is very close on foot.

It was a very luxury stay at Zied house , everything was perfect new , clean and neat, the house has everything inside from A to Z The location was more then perfect 😍, very near from the beach and also near from carrefour and all restaurants , I will definitely reserve it next time 🙏

We enjoyed our stay at his place for a week; it was home away from home. The place was clean, peaceful, beautiful view from the balconies, walkable distance from the centre, well equipped kitchen, had all amenities as described and was more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Beautiful and spacious apartment ideal for a couple or a family of 3-4. Mohammed was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is in a beautiful residence with indoor and outdoor pool, hammam, gym and so on. For people who don't want to spend too much, the residence is a vacation in itself. I recommend it without a second thought. And for those who like to party, that's all there is around the residence. 👌😉

Nourelhouda waited for us till 2 am while we arrived later than anounced, she had préparered everything in the studio, it was spotless and the laundry smelled awesome, my companion and I loved it and may return if we think of going to Hammamet again

I am thankful to have stayed in this beautiful house. there is a pleasent air flow in the apartment and nothing will enter the rooms with the already installed protection net. I was also one of the lucky ones to have shared breakfast together with the lovely hosts which made me add this little town between tunis and hammamet to my new favorites

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to the beach and main town. The house was spacious and clean. Nesrine was really helpful when I messaged her about general questions during the holiday.
