This is an old private house that has been built for more than 100 years like a Kyoto townhouse on the Otaki-jo Castle Town Street, which is called Koedo in Boso. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. The Otaki bamboo shoots are famous for their low bitterness and delicious flavour, and are best eaten from late March to late April. If you take another step, you will find a location with a sea, a mountain, a river, a valley, and a black hot spring.(Within 10-30 minutes by car) You can use it as a base to enjoy the nature of Boso.Lake Takataki is famous worldwide for its smelt fishing, the reversal of magnetism hundreds of thousands of years ago, and the Chibanian.(The visitor center is scheduled to open in 3 years) The facility is located overlooking the Isuzu River and is built on a bedrock foundation. When coming by car, it is 20 minutes from the Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children.
