The apartment is located on the road that borders Lake Nahuel Huapi, in front of Playa Bonita. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two twin beds), two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a lake view and a TV. It is a 15-minute drive to downtown and 13 minutes to Cerro Catedral. The complex has a heated pool (its use and availability depend on the consortium and there may be times when it does not work), a gym, a laundry room, and parking.
