Hà is possible the kindest and most helpful host! The apartment is very cosy but what made it so special was really her. My flight got delayed for more than half a day and couldn't get a response from the airline. Hà stayed up and went out of her way to contact her friends who work at the airline and was able to book me onto a flight that was on schedule. She didn't have to do that at all and it was such a marvelous surprise. It was really like having a friend in a foreign country. Would highly recommend staying here, I can't imagine any other accommodations taking that level of care for their guests 💖

Ms Lan’s home is beautiful, away from the overwhelming touristy places of Hanoi but still well connected to sites of interest. Ms Lan was very helpful and kind, with recommendations and made the process very easy. Her home and flowery balconies were so pretty and homey. I was welcome to use all facilities, like kitchen, washing machine and a place to dry my clothes. It was so nice to stay in a local neighborhood and there was a lively fruit market just next door. Thank you Ms Lan for a comfortable stay :)

Had a lovely stay here, arrived late at night and left early in the morning so didn’t get a chance to meet the family but the stay was well set up with everything I needed and the instructions they provided were very clear so was easy to navigate the side alley ways even in the dark! They were super responsive to my questions and concerns so would definitely stay again

Staying in this accommodation for 4 weeks, any questions Dzung is responsive, which is an important help to the traveler, able to solve the problem quickly. The accommodation is close to MRT Cat Linh Station and there are many buss to different locations in Hanoi.From Noi Bai International Airport you can take Route 90 to the accommodation (last stop Hao Nam).Going to Noi Bai International Airport is also take Route 90 to get to Terminal 2 (last stop T2). This accommodation is super convenient, and the security is high, there are guards 24 hours a day, aunt cleaning the room, and there is also a washer and dryer. There is a market nearby where you can buy green vegetables fruits, coffee shops, and also have a lot of Vietnamese local food to taste, and the convenience is high.Looking forward to our next visit to Hanoi to stay again.
