The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, a comfortable living room with 75" 4K TV and Apple TV, as well as a convenient work area with Wi-Fi (up to 1000 mbps). Enjoy the cozy terrace, underfloor heating in the bathroom, washing machine and tumble dryer. The location is central, with walking distance to public transport and the city's facilities.

(Access to electric car charger by appointment) Barely 2 km to nearest shop, 3 km to the town centre. Walking distance to Steinkjerhallen/sports facilities and Midjo Golf Course.

This apartment is spacious, modern, snug and cozy. Lovely view to the sea and Trondheimsfjord. The apartment is in an area that is perceived as quiet and peaceful. Here you can enjoy the coffee cup and feel both in the morning and evening sun on the large patio and the cozy roof terrace! Good location with nearby transport options. Hemnes shower in the bedroom and similar in the living room. Bright curtains for the large windows in the living room. Street parking is free but limited to 2 hours between 8 am and 4 pm. Parking space right next door is free on the weekend. Use EasyPark.
