It is close to tourist destinations and convenient for transportation. About a 1-minute walk to the station entrance. Please note that it is quiet late at night, but there is a bar next door, so you may hear voices and singing until around 10 pm. On the other hand, you won't have any trouble eating out, and you can experience ordinary Japanese life. It is 2 stations to Namba, so it is easy to go to Nara, Kyoto, and Wakayama. It is also convenient by train from Kansai International Airport.
