Located on the ground floor, Alkistis apartment is a modern, renovated, autonomous apartment with magnificent views and 30 m from the beach and the hot springs. The elevated ground floor apartment accommodates two to three people. It has a room with two single beds with electric reclining mattresses and can be converted into a double bed, a small living room with an armchair bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The house is located literally on the beach. The ground floor was built in the end of te 19th century and it is made of stone like most ikarian houses of that period. It is consisted by a spacious kitchen and living room and a small bathroom. At the back yard, there is an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor, in which there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The front yard and the balcony have a fantastic view of the sea. The house is ideal for four guests.
