Beautiful house/loft with jacuzzi.

Ideally located in a quiet location and all shops and transport at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes drive from the airport and the train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc) by transport (free on weekends!!!). You will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and laziness) as well as the jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for light travel. Come on!!!

Très belle et grande maison, entièrement à votre disposition, avec ses deux jardins et voie privé avec stationnement. Très grand salon et salle à manger, 11 chambres et 4 SDB...l'ensemble fraichement rénové et décoré. Capacité de couchage : 31 personnes. Le tout est à 5 min du centre via la célèbre rue JOFFRE. Calme absolu à deux pas du centre ville WIFI à disposition, fibre. Linge de lits et de toilette fournis Linge hôtelier lavé en blanchisserie industrielle norme hospitalière.

Very beautiful cozy villa in the park with spa or pool.

My large house of 200 m2 in a garden of 3000 m2 with heated swimming pool half-buried (from June to September) and spa (from October to May) will offer you a moment of tranquility while being at the gates of Nantes. Recently renovated, it is comfortable for 8 people. I also rent 2 independent studios attached to my house. The entrance through the gate is the same but the car parks are independent and there is no visual and noise nuisance. Private pool and hot tub for the house.
