Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

You are in the right place for a stay in the countryside while being at the gates of our Atlantic coast 20 minutes, NANTES city center 20 minutes. The bike path passes in front of our property, you have access to the park, free parking on site, independent entrance to the 40 m2 accommodation, everything is new. Very comfortable modern villa with swimming pool , quiet, on the edge of the forest (Cens Valley). Located in Orvault, it is served by buses from Nantes. It is also close to major highways. It takes 15 minutes by car to reach the city center of Nantes, 12 minutes from the Beaujoire stadium and 45 minutes by car to the beaches of La Baule and Pornichet. Nantes International Airport is only 15 min drive away and the train station is 20 min away (Paris 2 hours by TGV).

Beautiful house - 11 bedrooms - 31 people max

Very nice and large house, entirely at your disposal, with its two gardens and private road with parking. Very large living and dining room, 11 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms... all freshly renovated and decorated. Sleeps: 31 people. Everything is 5 minutes from the center via the famous Rue Joffre. Absolute calm, close to the city center WiFi available, fiber optic. Bed linens and towels provided Hotel linens washed in industrial hospital-standard laundry.

Charming wooden house – private pool or jacuzzi

Autumn is coming soon, come and spend a relaxing moment in our lovely 65m² solid wood house with a jacuzzi heated to 39 degrees. During summer, the jacuzzi is closed. The pool is heated from spring to autumn at 28 degrees, depending on the weather. Our accommodation offers great amenities and is located by the Loire river. Quiet place for a relaxing time with family or friends. 20 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from Pornic and La Baule by car.

Come and stay at this beautiful south-facing stone farmhouse with its private pool all to yourself. The pool is not heated and overlooks a large garden of 3000 m2. Only 20 minutes from Nantes! The accommodation sleeps 4 people (linen provided for an additional €10 per person). Cleaning to be done by guests. Important: This house is not suitable for children who do not know how to swim as the pool is in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Villamélie - Beautiful 5 bedroom villa with pool or hot tub

This peaceful place with a pool or spa (depending on the season) offers a relaxing stay for families and groups of friends or work. I also rent 2 independent studios attached to my house. The entrance through the gate is the same but the car parks are independent and there is no visual and noise nuisance. Private pool and hot tub for the house.
