Cape Vacation in style! Close to Main St & Beaches

We affectionately call this house 'The Local,' as it sits in the heart of beautiful Falmouth, within short walking distance to the quaint Main St. shops, delectable restaurants, fish markets, entertainment like bowling and axe-throwing (!), and is a short drive to Woods Hole and many of the Cape's most breathtaking beaches along the coast. The cottage is very clean, cute and comfortable and has every thing you might need. Situated in a quiet, friendly little neighborhood, right next to the famous Cottage Street Bakery, yet you would never know you are so close to town! It is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bike path, with the Ice Cream Cafe right down the street on the corner. 3 miles to all beaches. Access to the Cove including kayak rental is just down the street. Perfect location!

Welcome to our wonderful vacation home- a 5 min walk to town and an 8 minute walk to Surf Drive beach- which has amenities including restrooms, showers, food stand which has healthy options, and a calm stretch of water perfect for little ones. Our spacious home features large gathering areas but is plenty large to find privacy. The huge yard is perfect for lazy summer evenings spent home and features a swingset and all of the yard toys your family could want!
