Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

Spouter Cottage

A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, my husband and I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.

Our cottage is perfect for 4-5 people.

The house includes all the amenities Naushop offers; a community pool, two tennis courts, a pickle-ball court, playground and renovated clubhouse. The community is located on the bike path providing easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (2 miles), and other amenities.



ACK Getaway

Private 1 bedroom suite in a great location to explore Nantucket. The guest suite has a private, fenced side entrance with a teak table & chairs. The room has a king bed, a/c, private bath, TV, mini-frig, Keurig, microwave & small table with chairs. A soundproofed, locked door separates the guest suite from the main house. Close to beaches, conservation areas, golfing, bike paths, shopping & dining, brewery, and nightlife.

My place is close to the Bike Path, Edgartown, South Beach, Katama General Store, Katama Farm, Edgartown Lighthouse, great views. Take the bike path either direction for all of the island's attractions. You’ll love my place because of the Renovated Kitchen, Renovated Bathrooms, Comfortable Furniture, Convenience to Everything, Outdoor Shower, Deck. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
