This is a two-story house completely for guests to use independently. No one else will enter the room during your stay, making your stay completely private. There are two rail transit lines around the house. The nearest subway station is Shoji Station on the Sennichimae Line, about 2 minutes on foot, and about 7 minutes on foot from Kintetsu Imazato Station. Direct access to famous tourist districts such as Namba, Nipponbashi, and Heqiao. Quiet place with full amenities. Surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, snack shops, convenience stores, etc. There are two bedrooms in the house, a tatami Japanese-style room on the ground floor and a western-style room with a double bed on the second floor. Daily necessities such as refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, air conditioner, washing machine, air purifier, etc. are provided. There is a private bathroom with smart toilet, shower room with bathtub, and wet and dry washroom. In order to provide you with a cleaner and more comfortable accommodation, we provide free regular indoor garbage cleaning and towel changing services for guests staying for a longer period of time. This land with its old-fashioned townscape and famous water is hot in summer and cold in winter. But that's why the rice, vegetables, and meat are also delicious. There are many areas where nature remains, but few areas where the old townscape remains intact. I want to preserve this townscape. To that end, I want many people to experience a nostalgic way of life and culture. As such a place, we renovated a row house left by our ancestors and opened it as the Daiji, a soy sauce shop that had closed. You are always welcome! It has a relaxed floor plan that runs vertically towards the courtyard. From the front lattice, you can hear the sounds of people coming and going and the sounds of the town. Enjoy the latticed lifestyle that creates the scenery of Naramachi. There is a dug-in study space facing the courtyard, where you can relax by the window. The house is in a quiet, traditional area of Nara with smooth access to the station and main sightseeing spots. You’ll have 2 guest rooms upstairs with a toilet and washbasin. The shower room is on the first floor. Each room has a lock for your privacy. There are 3 futon beds and 1 double bed. Meals are available if reserved 2 days in advance: sukiyaki dinner (6,500 JPY/person) breakfast (1500JPY/person) I also run a cozy café nearby, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
