Old country house on 3 levels, duplex style. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, large dining table and fireplace. On the 1st floor, an open bedroom and a bathroom. Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
