Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with 2 beds - which makes the home well suited for both families and groups. The bathroom has a shower. The building has an intercom and a locked front door, which provides extra security.

If there are more than two people, it is recommended to wait a little between each shower so that the hot water can heat up again.
