Stairs case difficult to navigate so wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility issues

A great find in a lovely place. Set away so own private space with every amenity you could need. Great for a short break and a good base for Market Harborough etc. I'd definitely recommend this. Ruth was very accommodating and friendly and good company at breakfast. Thankyou for a lovely stay, just what I needed.

Returning to this lovely Airbnb was like stepping back into a great memory. Everything was just as cozy, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. The space had that same comforting charm, and it felt even better this time around. It was so nice to relive the calm, the vibe, and all the little touches that made our last stay special. Truly a home away from home. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Really loved our stay here. Booked very last minute (the night before!) but this was no problem for Nicola who was very accommodating. Check in was easy and homemade supplies were waiting for us on arrival. My partner and I stayed here for work. The WIFI was great (logged into my work VPN and Teams / Zoom etc. with no problems at all). The heating was really efficient if needed. We turned it off and used the lovely log burner at night. Very clean and nicely finished. Great shower - excellent water pressure. Incredibly comfortable bed. Very well-equipped kitchen. The village is small and perfectly formed - plenty of footpaths for walkers. The hosts provide folders full of helpful instructions / info which I recommend reading. Behind the cottage is your own private garden space looking on to a paddock full of happy sheep. A really nice place and atmosphere, very peaceful, really friendly and relaxed hosts. We’d love to come back when we are not working! Thank you both for having us.
