My location is excellent, after all, I am close to shopping malls, bakeries, markets, banks, tourist agencies, restaurants and much more. My view is beautiful because I can see the sea and the Morro do Careca one of the main sights of Christmas, not to mention a show at sunset. I am all equipped with furnishings and household utensils.
