The bedroom is located behind a bar/bistro and if your sleep is light it may disturb you. It has easy access to the main street of Ponta Negra and is 600m from the beach. Very cozy house. With air conditioning, 70'' TV and sofa bed in the living room. The entire kitchen is in the room. It also has air conditioning and king size bed in the suite, in addition to 2 wardrobes and work desk. In all, the house has 1 shower room and 1 toilet. It also has 1 parking space, swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor area with shower. Space available for parties, prior negotiation. I'm making it available for the upcoming dates and for the New Year's Eve.

Good for couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with children). You can bring your pet too.
