Situated down a quiet cul de sac in the Bird Area suburb of Taupo. Private downstairs 1 bedroom guest suite with seperate bathroom, kitchenette (see extra note in the space) and private outside courtyard. Centrally located and only a 5 min gentle walk to the lake front and a further 15 mins to the town centre. Parking on shared driveway. Seperate access and entrance from the main house. Myself and my 2 young sons live upstairs so you may occasionally hear some noise (see details in the space)

Turangi is 10 minutes drive south, with great cafes and restaurants, 40 minutes to Mt Ruapehu for fabulous skiing and high tea at The Chateau. Turangi is the hub for the adventure tourism activities.

A warm, centrally heated apartment with a geothermal hot pool for a relaxing soak after a long day. A large pool table, smart tv, wifi and access to a cottage garden with native birds and trees. A wonderful place near to a wetlands bird watching area near the lake and the Tongariro river walk. Home is in reach of some of NZs' most spectacular nature reserves, a great bird watching spot. Easy 35 minute drive to Whakapapa ski field, Tongariro Crossing, plus great river walk ten minutes away.

Newly decorated, studio unit, situated close to Taupo town, walking distance to shops & restaurants. Fully fenced, with off street parking. A lockable space for 2 pushbikes. Private & self-contained, our studio is cozy when you want to stay in, and easy to come back to when you've been out sightseeing or at the Lake or hot pools. The heat pump & double glazed windows will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There's everything you need here for a great stay in our lovely town.
