great place to stay. enjoyed the time over there. few things here & there but rest everything was great

Was an excellent, clean place with just the necessary amenities in place. Rajni was great in providing some small required utensils. Enjoyed our time in the outdoor garden and our 16 month old also had a blast playing in the garden. Running/drinking water top up services were prompt everyday and the staff very welcoming. A warm place for family with children who is not afraid of silence and nature. A large sized torch and solution for mosquito outdoors, a must.

This is a lovely property with a maintained swimming pool. If required, a few beaches are approximately just 50 kms away. The food is homely and delicious, which can be customised as required. JP was great at coordinating everything from the beginning. And lastly, a big appreciation for Mr. Sandip. He was available on call whenever required and helped us throughout the stay. All in all, a property I can revisit for sure.

We loved the property and our stay for 2 nights. Positives: 1. Beautiful & green surroundings with no noise 2. Lovely interiors giving a feel of an old era home 3. Well maintained 4. Cook (Kanchan) & caretaker (Usha) were very polite and helpful 5. Food cooked by Kanchan was very tasty 6. 1km walking distance from Mahabaleshwar market and Wilson point 7. Bella, Pixie & Dodo (3 dogs of the owner) made it a memorable stay; especially Pixie who welcomed us with a hug 8. Garden was lovely with lots of flowers Feedback: 1. Geyser in Bedroom 4 (ground floor) was not working properly during our stay. 2. The door of bathroom of Bedroom 1 (big room on 1st floor) only opened half way and then got stuck. Then one had to push hard and it made lot of noise before it fully opened.
